The MOBIUS consortium staff, the membership, and the board have worked hard to accomplish the goals of the MOBIUS 2018-2021 strategic plan. A strategic planning team led by Edward Walton listened to the membership to learn about our needs and hopes for the future, and developed a 2021-2024 plan based on this input. You will hear from incoming President and Strategic Plan Task Force Chair Edward Walton, outgoing President Eileen Condon, outgoing Treasurer Ellen Dickman, and Executive Director Donna Bacon about our successes in completing the 2018-2021 plan, and our shared vision for the future articulated in the 2021-2024 plan.
