In this session, librarians from Ozarks Technical Community College will reflect on the relative success of several new service initiatives introduced in response to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic. From curbside pickup to self-checkout and from Zoom drop-in hours to the Research Concierge Service, we will share what resonated with our students, what didn’t, and what we’ve learned from these trends that will inform our services going forward.
